Our pieces are thoughtfully prepared and stored in our Auckland studio, ready to be delivered anywhere in New Zealand. No waiting for items from overseas, no store stress. Simply browse, place your order, and let us handle the rest.
Free shipping
Orders of $100 or more enjoy free shipping. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee applies.
Tracked parcels
All parcels are tracked, and tracking details will be sent once your order is fulfilled.
Delivery guideline
Day 0 – The day you place your order.
Day 1 – We begin processing your order.
Day 2 – Your item is ready for pickup. (Please note our courier team operates on weekdays only.)
Day 3–5 – Transit and delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
Bespoke pieces: Please allow an additional 2 business days for custom orders to be prepared.
- While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Grow Slow Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Grow Slow Club is not liable for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been handed over to the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible.
