Curb-side Pickup Instructions

1. Shop online and choose “Pick up” as a delivery method upon checkout. 

  

2. Receive your “Order is ready for pickup” email. Please wait for this notification before visiting our studio aka “our house” to collect.

3. Drive up and park outside our South Auckland studio, located 2 minutes away from the Southern Motorway Takanini Exit.

(Tip: Our studio is in front of the Marley Building between Gate 2 and solar speed sign.)

 

4. Let us know when you arrive via call/text 021-0220-6842, and wait in the car. Please have your email order # handy for verification (on your phone is fine).

   

     

  

 
 

Yes, you can, as long as it is within the time window and you follow the Curbside Pickup Instructions.

We hold Click & Collect orders for 30 days after we send the collection notification. Because most of our pieces are made to order and storage space is limited, any item not collected after this timeframe may be considered abandoned.

In this case, we are no longer obliged to store the item and it may be donated or recycled in line with our minimal waste values. If you’re running late, please contact us before the 30 days are up — we’re always happy to work with you on a solution.

What do I need to bring to collect my Pickup order?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring the copy of the order collection notification.
