Refund policy

 

At Grow Slow Club, we hope you love every piece you receive. Our apparel is designed with intention, comfort, and lasting quality, and we take care to ensure your order meets our standards.

 

  1. We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose thoughtfully.
  2. Customised or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  3. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the courier,
  4. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund once the item is returned and assessed.
  5. Contact us to arrange your return.
  6. Ensure items are securely packaged; Grow Slow Club is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
  7. Refunds for faulty items are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  8. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  9. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect items.
  10. By placing an order with Grow Slow Club, you agree to these terms.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.



Click & Collect Policy

  1. We hold Click & Collect orders for 30 days after we send the collection notification. Because most of our pieces are made to order and storage space is limited, any item not collected after this timeframe may be considered abandoned.

    In this case, we are no longer obliged to store the item and it may be donated or recycled in line with our minimal waste values. If you’re running late, please contact us before the 30 days are up — we’re always happy to work with you on a solution.
